Sunshine Boxes
Bring Joy &

Provide children who are in the hospital or receiving treatment with a Sunshine Box, filled with simple gifts that bring joy, big smiles and fun.
Groups help make this program possible by collecting the recommended items, adding their special touch and then participating in a packing party to pack the boxes.
These care packages are then given to children at one of our ten hospital partners across VA, WV, DC and MD.
When reaching out, please make sure to pick either Virginia or West Virginia, as we serve families in both states.

Let's get this party (with a purpose) started!
SJGF provides the instructions, collection list, labels & postcards; your group purchases the yellow boxes and fills them with love!
If schedules allow, a SJGF team member will attend to share our mission and help facilitate your event.
When reaching out, please make sure to pick either Virginia or West Virginia, as we serve families in both states.
