Meet our Raindancers

Meet our

raindancers

The children blessed, celebrated & loved in honor of Julia Grace are lovingly called Raindancers because despite the storms they face every day, they have learned to “Dance in the Rain” just like Julia Grace.

Be inspired as you read about our SJGF families and how their courageous children Dance in the Rain. We are honored to walk alongside our families and to share these stories with you.

Since 2014, SJGF has blessed, celebrated and loved over 450 Raindancers and their families and thousands of families in the hospital, through our Hospital Program.  This is thanks to the thousands of partners, sponsors, donors, fundraiser attendees, and volunteers who help SJGF say YES, fill in gaps and change lives.

Serving these

areas

The Sweet Julia Grace Foundation serves Raindancers within an hours drive of Bristow, VA, and the surrounding areas of Putnam/Kanawha Counties in WV.

Although our Original Raindancer, Julia Grace, lived most of her 12 years in Bristow, Virginia, where her family currently resides, she was born in West Virginia, where both of her parents were born and raised. The Knight’s consider both VA and WV home, and SJGF helps Raindancers in both states.
