This event sells out quickly. In 2023, we sold out within the first hour registration was open, and ended up with a waiting list. 

As a Field Day Sponsor your team will receive early registration privileges. Registration for Field Day Sponsors opens two weeks before regular registration. As a Sponsor, you will not only help support our mission and the amazing families we serve & have a great day with your team, you'll also be promoting your business to 1000+ guests the day of the event, and to our over 6000+  Facebook followers! 

SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 4th! 

More Information: 

  • Top 3 Sponsorship Levels include a GUARANTEED and paid team spot (value $600)

  • Each team spot includes a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 10. You must have at least 6 players to compete in each game. We strongly recommend each team have at least 8 players so you can have subs and back-ups, but because we also want to make sure each team has a buffer in case of cancellations you can have up to 10 

  • There will be 10 classic (but always with a twist) field day games 

  • EARLY Registration for SPONSORS will OPEN on March 4th

  • Regular Registration Opens March 18th at 8PM

  • 3 event VIP Parking passes & 1 VIP reserved spot for your teams pop-up tent 

  • ONE Game Sponsorship - Includes logo on signage at the game and shout-out by the game ‘Referee’ with each rotation of team play. Optional: You are welcome to take over the game for the day with your own Volunteer team,  marketing, theme and handouts. We'll plan the game, you make it your own! 

  • VIP Tent access throughout the day for your team (snacks, water, gatorade & more!) 

  • Logo on Field Day participation shirts

  • Logo at check-in, at the main stage and on team packets

  • Pre-and post-event social media mentions and logo on our Field Day website for one year

BE A PRIZE SPONSOR! 

Sponsors donating a prize valued at $500 or more will be invited to make a 30 second video to be shared on social media.

Prizes will be given to Finalists and Winners.  Your business can donate or sponsor prizes for the team to enjoy together and/or prizes that can be included in the winners prize bags! 

  • Donate Gift cards or Certificates for team use or individual use

  • Donate items that can be included in the individual winners swag bags

  • Donate special group experiences

  • Logo will be included on Main Sponsor Board & In team packets
