Help SJGF provide Back-to-School supplies for local families in need!

 

Our friends at Care Connection for Children work closely with families who have children with complex medical needs. Most of these families are not able to afford the basic back to school items for their other children. The Care Connection team reached out to SJGF for help with these items. We thought this would be an amazing way for our community to help local families in need.
