SJGF Fundraiser-
Hosted & Presented by Pedro & Betty's Big Revival
*Scroll down to see sneak peak!
Frank and Mike have been riding and chopping motorcycles for 15 years. Together they started 'Pedro & Bettys Big Revival' and are building a righteous old school chopper to donate to SJGF to raffle off. This charity chopper has been lovingly coined “The Raindancer” and although it will truly be bad to the bone, it will also have a sweet nod to our Raindancers who inspired it.
CHARITY CHOP INFO
No matter where you live, you can take a chance to win the ‘Raindancer’, a custom chopper being built to support SJGF! The chopper is a 70’s style, hand built, hardtail chopper that is being customized, from front wheel to rear wheel. Chopper builders from all over the country are contributing parts for the build. Raffle tickets are on sale, and the winner will be announced in October on Pedro & Betty's Instagram page. Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone after announcement.
**UPDATE AS OF 10/17 from Frank & Mike**
Here at Pedro and Betty’s big revival we have been pushing very hard to finish the Raindancer Chopper by the October 18, 2024 ticket sales deadline. While we have poured nearly every ounce of blood sweat and tears into this beautiful project, we have run into some situations outside of our control and are still waiting on a few parts to arrive in order to finish. We believe that we are only delayed by just a couple short weeks, but do not have an exact date as of yet. We are looking at this as more of a blessing in disguise as we would much rather do the raffle drawing with the finished bike but also the hidden blessing of giving us a few more weeks of ticket sales to benefit this amazing nonprofit. CHOPPER DETAILS FROM FRANK&MIKE:
We’re building a single backbone, hardtail chopper that will be show bike quality for the eyes and fun chopper riding goodness for the rest of the senses.
The hard details are - We started with a 1996 Honda VT600c and completely chopped the frame. Converted from a dual backbone to a single, and hardtailed it. The front end will be stretched to at least 6” over stock. Every detail of this bike is getting customized, from front wheel to rear wheel.
